Worship With Us

Join Our Church Family in Worship

The people of Covenant Love Fellowship meet together as the family of God every Sunday at 10 a.m. The church offers a family-integrated style of worship, where all ages gather together as one to sing, pray and learn together about God and His loving grace.

Church at Covenant Love Fellowship is a time of fellowship and serving one another. We invite first time visitors to stay after the service, so we can introduce you to those who worship with us regularly. Join us on the first and third Sundays of each month, when we share a meal together and have an extended time of fellowship after the service. There is no need for you to bring food to share—we always have more than enough.

Following are some questions you may have about what you will experience in our family-integrated worship setting.

What is the service like?

Worship at Covenant Love Fellowship is more than singing and preaching. As a family-integrated church, young and old worship God together through singing praise, confessions, prayers, the reading of Scripture, the proclamation of the Word, and the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper.

We are non-denominational,  but follow a typical Protestant order of service that includes:

  • Scripture Reading
  • Call to Worship
  • Confession of Sin
  • Congregational Singing (both old and new theologically robust music)
  • Confession of Faith
  • Exhortation
  • Congregational Prayer
  • Scripture Reading
  • Sermon
  • Communion
  • Doxology

What kind of music do you use?

Singing is a very important element of our worship. At Covenant Love Fellowship, we rotate between traditional hymns one Sunday and contemporary praise and spiritual songs the next.

How is the Word of God preached?

Preaching and teaching of God’s Word is a pivotal part of our worship service. We practice regular verse-by-verse exposition of the Bible. We believe that this is the supreme means by which the Holy Spirit informs our minds with God’s revelation, creates in our hearts godly affections, and molds us into the image of Christ. Bring your Bible, a humble heart and a hunger for righteousness and we will try to make sure you are fed.

What is your practice of offerings/tithing?

We do not pass an offering plate or collect a tithe. Instead, those who are gathered are encouraged to simply exercise responsibility and faithfulness by privately placing offerings in the wooden box kept at the back of the church.

What about your observation of the Sacrament of Communion?

The sacrament of the Lord’s Supper is observed every Sunday at Covenant Love Fellowship. We take seriously the use of this rite as a means of grace to bolster and uphold us in Christ. The communion table is reserved for baptized believers who are under the authority of elders in a bible-believing church.
